Kolbi was born and raised in Laurel, Maryland. In July 2022, she made the move to beautiful city of Jacksonville and instantly fell in love with the charm.

Before embarking on her real estate career, Kolbi served her community as a police officer in Virginia. It was during this time that she developed a passion for helping others and found her calling in the real estate industry. Her personal experience with frequent moves, due to her boyfriend's military service, gives her a unique advantage in understanding the challenges of relocation and ensures a smooth transition for her clients.

What Kolbi loves most about working in real estate is the joy she sees on her clients' faces when they find their dream homes. She takes great pride in guiding them through the process and making their real estate journey as seamless as possible. In addition to her real estate expertise, Kolbi holds an associate degree in computer science from Spartanburg Methodist College. When she's not assisting clients, you can find her exploring the hidden gems of Jacksonville, uncovering the city's best-kept secrets.
