Andy Fletcher is a lifelong resident of Northeast Florida and a tennis enthusiast. He graduated from the University of North Florida with a degree in Education and taught and coached in Duval County for several years. A love for teaching led Andy to pursue a career as a tennis professional with East West Partners, one of Northeast Florida’s premier developers. Working with a developer gave Andy a keen insight into real estate and a passion was born. Andy quickly became a Top Producer and went on to become a Broker for one of the most prestigious residential brokerages in the country. Andy is well known in both the Tennis and Real Estate communities and can always be counted on to provide sound advice. He prides himself on channeling his competitive nature to represent his clients with a dedication to their best interest during the buying or selling process.

Sayla was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Florida in 2016. She has a beautiful 3 year old daughter, Rylee, who keeps her motivated to work hard. Providing clients with excellent customer service is something Sayla has excelled at for over a decade now. Real Estate has been a passion of hers for as long as she can remember.
